This existing building was originally built in the 1970’s as the Todd Motors Cafeteria Building. The building was refurbished for Te Wānanga o Aotearoa and becomes the new Porirua Campus. Works involved a full re-roof, small extensions around the new entry and complete new internal fit-out. The client is very happy with the completed works.
